I purchased these "Men's" skates for myself. I bought a size larger and they are very comfortable. As an older "re" learner these skates worked out just great. The wheel's don't have speed, which is what I was looking for. They are indoor // outdoor skates. They work better for inside skating. A great price and a great quality skate. Especially for a beginner (the Wheels). No matter what age you are, these skates are the best.
