I had always been thrilled with the Rollerblade brand and knew my size so was able to order from overseas with confidence. The Spark is an elegant sporty ladies rollerblade, I do feel that they are a little step-up in performance from the old Synergy model, which is just what I wanted. They are fairly light and fast and needed almost no breaking in from the first go. The lacing and buckle system is quite simple to use and I like that it really anchors your foot and ankle in tightly if you want that. I think it's extremely effective. I'd suggest that size-wise, these run fairly true to form. If in doubt, order half a size bigger, I'd say. The only thing I can criticise is that the braking system is different to my old ones, I find the brake sticks out a fair bit at the back and connects a bit too easily.
