Adjustable is the way to go for growing boys. These blades are more narrow which is perfect for my son. The soft boot is an awesome feature. They are lightweight and the material is breathable which is a plus for my son. I would highly recommend these. Fit, comfort, and durability are excellent. Got size large (4-8), as his foot is nearing size 5 in sneakers, and these boots fit well now on smallest setting and should fit for a good amount of time. Soft boots are easy to put on (can do it himself - another plus) and adjust. They are also really comfortable -- once he put them on, he didn't want to take them off, even when he came in for dinner. (Makes me want to trade in my old hard-boot blades!) They are durable and glide well on driveway and street, and I'm sure will be great at rink, too. Colors are sharp, edgy, just right for "tween" boy. |
