It was a tough skate that you could get some serious speed with, and once your foot formed to the boot the level of agility you could achieve was very satisfying. This was the pair I owned since then, because my foot didn't really grow much since then. Well, a couple of weeks ago, the locking strap on one of my Lightning TRS skates broke. Bummer. I could have kept going with this pair if this hadn't happened.The worst part was that since then, it seems that inline skating has taken something of a dive in popularity, and I could not find any stores that sold high-quality skates in my area. This made me feel strange, because I feel that a skate is something you should try on before purchasing. Plus, I wasn't sure exactly what skates were out there that would give me the same lovely...
