They come with indoor wheels, so those wear down like crazy on pavement. Tour skates run a size large, so if you wear a size 11 shoe, get a size 10 skate. They've got an excellent feel to them, respond well, and are great for flat surfaces. The padding on the sides really reduces blisters. But I would recomend wearing two pairs of socks as there are some uncomfortable areas in the skates but with two socks they are not noticeable.
